Child care centers are the foundation of Bright Horizons – both traditional centers where children attend on consistent schedules; and back-up centers where families come when they need occasional care (such as on a snow day). In all of our centers, rewarding work includes award-winning training and ongoing career development; a chance to positively impact the lives of children and families; and the opportunity to go to college and earn an early childhood education degree – for free.

Discovery Driven Learning
A hallmark of our Bright Horizons early learning program is discovery. We believe in curriculum that doesn't give children the answers, but that inspires, guides, and encourages them with, “Let’s find out!”

Here, all teachers enjoy award-winning professional development that supports this curriculum and its foundational elements:
  • Responsive and nurturing relationships
  • Joyful, playful, and inclusive communities
  • Evidence-based instruction
  • Learner-centered environments
