- Rolled out DEIB training for all those in our leadership teams
- Published our People’s Charter, outlining our commitments
- Launched Community Groups, including Men in Early Years, Qmmunity (LGBTQIA+), Culture Collective, Disability and Parental Leavers/Returners
- Introduced workshops on Inclusive Language
- Developed our Trans and Non-Binary Inclusion Policy
