Working within one of our nurseries – whether a traditional community-based setting, or a workplace nursery for one of our corporate clients – you'll have the opportunity to make a big impact on the lives of young children.

Through our unique ‘Bright Beginnings Curriculum’, you’ll give children the best foundation for a brighter future, and have fun along the way, combining learning and play to ensure they look forward to everything life has to offer. 

From education and management, to food preparation and administration, our nurseries rely on many different skills to achieve excellence on a day to day basis.

Our Roles

Nursery Assistant

Essential to our nursery teams, you'll be supporting our Nursery Nurses, Early Years Teachers and Room Leaders.

These roles include the daily care and wellbeing of the children, as well as supporting with learning activities.

You'll help achieve the best outcomes for each child within your room and be given opportunities to achieve qualifications and develop.

Nursery Nurse

Our Nursery Nurses hold a Department of Education recognised, Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification.

As a Nursery Nurse, you'll act as a key person for a set number of children, providing daily care as well as planning, delivering and observing tailored activities, to help each child meet their developmental milestones.

Early Years Teacher

Our Early Years Teachers hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

You'll be responsible for planning and delivering activities to support our preschool children, so they can look forward to starting school with confidence.

Room Leader

Our Room Leaders are Level 3 qualified with extensive experience working as a Nursery Practitioner.

You'll be an inspirational leader who is driven to stretch and develop yourself and your team to ensure the best quality outcomes for the children within your care.

Third In Charge

Our Third in Charge roles support the Deputy Manager and Nursery Manager to lead the overall quality and performance of the nursery, creating an outstanding experience for our colleagues, children and families.

Nursery Manager & Deputy Manager

Our Nursery Managers have extensive Early Years’ experience of leading and engaging nursery teams.

Whilst having the benefit of our support function and wider organisation, you'll be responsible for driving outstanding performance and growing your individual setting. 

Your passion for delivering top quality Early Years Education with help create a fun and dynamic culture where our teams and children can thrive.

Nursery Chef

Our Chefs have a passion for food, nutrition and inspiring children to develop their palates and try something new through a rich range of culinary styles celebrating diversity. 

You'll play an important role in keeping children fuelled and ready for their daily adventures, positively influencing their performance and behaviour.

You'll also get to help children experiment with new textures, colours and smells as they mix, pour and measure ingredients.

Unlike many other Chef roles, you'll work Monday to Friday, leaving the evenings and weekends free to spend time with your own friends and family.
