Internships
Our 8-week, paid, full-time internship program gives students hands-on experience in our child care centers. They’ll learn from expert educators, build practical skills, and connect with interns across the country – all while exploring a career that changes lives
Student placements
From practicum and student teaching to job shadowing , we offer flexible placement opportunities that help students grow into confident, capable educators. Many of our centers also offer part-time work schedules to fit students’ availability.

Our educators can earn their Child Development Associate® (CDA) Credential™ and a college degree in early childhood education – with 100% of tuition, books, and fees covered by us.
