Flexible Scheduling
As a center-based employee, you can work with your Center Director to create a schedule that fits your needs. Part-time and full-time openings are available across the country.

Back-Up Care
Bright Horizons Back-Up Care can help you look after your loved ones. Our employees can use up to 20 days of back-up care each year, and can even use these back-up care days to cover fees for virtual tutoring, test prep, and homework help for your children or adult learners in your family — yourself included!**

Child Care Discounts
Full-time teachers and support staff at Bright Horizons can receive a 75% discount for up to two children at one of our child care centers.** 

​​Free College Degree
We offer 100% paid tuition for full-time teachers to earn their Associates or Bachelor's degree in early education. All Bright Horizons teachers also have the opportunity to earn their CDA for free. *
*Full-time is defined as 30-hours or more.
