1.Tell a friend about a job – any job at any Bright Horizons location, in or out of your own center, office, or department.
2.Ask them to mark “Referral: Employee” on their application, and to fill in your full name or work email under the “How did you hear about us?” prompts.
3.Earn up to $2,000 – bonus awarded two months after your referral is successfully hired.* *Bonus awards vary by work location; talk with your supervisor to verify the bonus amount. Referrals may be made for any center, work location or position, including corporate roles. Bonuses are awarded when the referral is employed for sixty (60) days. To receive a bonus you must: submit an endorsement of your referral in Workday (you'll receive a notification, then click the Workday bell icon to complete), notify your supervisor of the referral within 60 days their start date, and you must be an active employee who has not given notice.
