How it works:
* All terms and conditions of the Employee Referral Bonus Policy available on BrightWeb must be met as a condition of bonus payment. The Summer Employee Referral Program is limited to completed applications for assistant teacher and teacher jobs received between May 1 and August 31, 2026. The candidate must list the referrer’s name on their application under the prompt regarding how they heard about Bright Horizons. Additional monetary bonus may be available based on work location; talk with your supervisor to verify.
How it works:
- Refer candidates for teacher and assistant teacher roles
- Your name must appear on each referral’s application
