1. Tell a friend about a job – any job at any Bright Horizons location, in or out of your own center, office, or department.
2. Ask them to mark “Referral: Employee” on their application, and to fill in your full name or work email under the “How did you hear about us?” prompts.
3. Earn a bonus – bonus awarded 100 days after your referral is successfully hired.*
