Supporting early career talent to be their best

Earning the Excellence in Early Career Recruitment Strategy Award reflects our belief that early-career professionals deserve a place to grow their skills, discover their strengths, and be their best.

Our programs are built to welcome new teachers into the workforce and help them launch meaningful careers with support at every step. Through ongoing development, access to education opportunities, and clear pathways for advancement, we empower candidates to step into roles where they can be be their best.

A candidate experience where you belong

The Excellence in Candidate Experience Award highlights something central to who we are: creating a hiring journey where people feel seen, supported, and valued. We want every candidate — from their first click to their first day — to feel like Bright Horizons is a place where they belong.

Our recruiters work hard to make every interaction warm, transparent, and human-centered. Whether someone is a recent graduate exploring their first career step or an experienced educator looking for a new opportunity, we are committed to a positive process for the candidate. This award celebrates the work of our recruiters and hiring managers who help bring our culture to life.

These recognitions shine a light on the people who make Bright Horizons what it is: a place where employees can make an impact, grow a meaningful career, and continue to be the difference for the families and communities we serve.
